Dear Dean Schoolcraft (Details anzeigen):

Please excuse the delay of my answer to your letter of March 19th (Details anzeigen) – I have been on a short Easter vacation.

I am happy to recommend Dr. Emile Kauder (Details anzeigen). Dr. Kauder (Details anzeigen) received a thorough training in economics as well as in theology and history. In Europe (Details anzeigen), Dr. Kauder (Details anzeigen) worked and taught mainly in economics. After his arrival in this country, he had a small research job at New York (Details anzeigen) University in economics, but from 1939 on, he has been teaching languages, and within the past year ancient and modern history and introduction to philosophy. The fact that he has taught languages until now, rather than his proper field, economics, is due to the fact that he needed some years of adjustment after coming to this country. His studies in theology have been so thorough that he would fit very well in your college. His last papers have been published in the Anglican Theological Review.1

I shall be happy to gove [sic!] you any additional information you may wish.
