Dear Dr. Tillich (Details anzeigen):

As one of your students who numbers himself among a host of your admirers, allow me to extend to you most heartly congratulations and felicitations upon the occasion of your sixtieth birthday.

It is with a sincere desire to express my personal appreciation of your work as a teacher and as an author that I join the many who would like to acknowledge their debt to you as one whose thought has been, and will continue to be, the source of greatest inspiration in the vocation of the Christian ministry.

Not only do I rejoice in the opportunity that has been mine to have studied under you, but look forward eagerly to the contributions you will make in the years to come.
