Dear Dr. Tillich,

Dr. Zucker thought that the New School – (Dr. Johnson and the faculty) – would be interested in purchasing the portrait that I did of the late Max Wertheimer. Zucker took a photo of the picture to the New School.

But he advised me to get in touch with you because your opinion would be highly valuated at the N. School.

As we wanted very much to see you and Mrs. Tillich again, we like to find out, if you are free on Sunday afternoon Jan. 2nd|

We should be very glad if you would come over around 4 P.M.

Besides showing you the Wertheimer portrait I would be glad to show you some of my recent paintings.
