Dear Professor Tillich:

In January 1941, you were kind enough to make an affidavit of support for Mrs. Annelies von Molnar. I have been retained by Mrs. von Molnar as her attorney in her immigration matter, and am about to prepare the documents required by the State Department. Mrs. von Molnar would be much obliged if you would kindly repeat the affidavit on the new form which is now prescribed. In order to fill out the form, I need your answers to the questionnaire enclosed herewith. Please return it to me with your answers so that I can fill out the affidavit form and send it to you for your signature.
